Manufacture of fishing nets made of Polyethylene, Nylon, Polypropylene and Polyester. Our nets can be made with simple braided , high tenacity Compact braided, or high tenacity Ultraplast braided.

We also manufacture the braided wires with which we manufacture the nets, contemplating the following standard types:

8842, 8843, 4840/3, 4840/4, 4840/5, 4840/6, 4840/7, 4840/8

Our nets can include ANTI-UVA treatment, being able to be made in a great variety of colors, with and without mark or pint.

Polypropylene Yarns

POLYPROPYLENE YARNS

We manufacture Polypropylene multifilament yarns of high and medium tenacity for its industrial use in producing ropes and security systems.

They come in yarns up to 15 kg. Thickness and weight can be adapted according to customer specifications.

Our products can be manufactured with a special anti-UV treatment, increasing its durability under prolonged sun exposure conditions.

Twisted Ropes

TWISTED ROPES AND WIRELESS

We have combined machines double and quadruple twist that produce twisted ropes in 3 or 4 strands, from 4 mm. up to 80 mm. We use different kinds of raw material, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, Polysteel, polyamide and polyester.

We also produce twisted yarns generated by double twisting machines and collected in rolls heavier  than 5 Kg, which minimizes the number of knots or splices.

All our wires and ropes can be manufactured with a special anti-UV treatment that protects them against a prolonged sun exposure, increasing its durability under these conditions.

Mooring Ropes

MOORING ROPES

We manufacture 8 Strand Braided Ropes, from 28 mm. up to 120 mm. in diameter, mainly used for mooring and towing of ships and fish farms.

We use different types of raw to produce them, such as Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polysteel, Polyamide and Polyester.

Our Mooring Ropes are specially designed for heavy weight mooring, being used for mooring and towing vessels, fish farms, marine platforms and other applications.

We can include in our ropes a special anti-UV treatment that protects it from prolonged exposure to the sun, increasing its durability.

As manufacturers, we can adapt certain characteristics of our products as special treatments, dimensions, appearance … according to our customers needs.

CORDON PARA FLECOS

Fabricación de cordón para flecos de polyesteel y de polietileno, con un diámetro mínimo de 16mm. y un máximo de 28mm.

Se presentan en rollos desde 200 metros hasta 750 metros de longitud en función del grosor del cordón.

Este producto, puede ser fabricado con un tratamiento especial anti-UV que lo protege ante su exposición prolongada al sol, aumentando su durabilidad bajo estas condiciones.

DIAMOND BRAIDED ROPE

Manufacture of Diamond Polyester Braided Rope, with 4 mm. 5 mm. and 6 mm. diameter.

It is presented in 200 meters spools.

Due to its configuration it is a soft, flexible and good performance rope.

It has a high resistance to sunlight, traction, friction and moisture, so it is recommended for outdoor use.
